Active Rehabilitation
The "Active Rehabilitation" programme aims to help seniors to improve or maintain their functional abilities through a process of functional assessment, goals setting, physiotherapy sessions and evaluation of outcomes.
This programme is useful for seniors who are affected by conditions such as
• Stroke
• Parkinson's disease
• Fractures
• Spinal cord injury
• Musculoskeletal problems such as arthritic pain and muscle pain
• Post-operation such as total knee replacement
• Back pain
• Poor balance
News on Active Rehab at Silver Circle (Dakota Crescent)
Silver Circle (Dakota) was accredited by the Ministry of Health to provide community rehabilitation services for a period of two years from 1 Oct 2011 to 30 Sept 2013. With this accreditation, seniors who are Singaporeans / PRs will be able to enjoy government subsidies when they are enrolled on our Active Rehabilitation Programme at Silver Circle (Dakota).
Seniors can also opt to join the daycare activities at the Silver Circle when they are undergoing the Active Rehabilitation Programme. Transport can be arranged at nominal fees.
Active Rehabilitation Operating Hours
Monday, Wednesday, Friday : 8:30am to 6:00pm (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)
