Care@home brings social and care services to one’s home by a team of trained caregivers. This is a new service that provides elderly and carers for elderly an alternative support at the convenience and comfort of their own home.

Available for your selection is a wide range of services: -
Basic Services
• Conversation, Companionship & Recreational Activities
• Exercises
• Personal Grooming
• Meals Preparation
• Medical Escort
Professional Services
• Counselling
• Physiotherapy
• Home Modification
Value-added Services
• Light Housekeeping
• Errand Services & Grocery Shopping
• Hair Cut

Services are available from 1 hour to 4 hours per visit (range from S$25 to S$60), subject to your requirement. Professional services are provided at differential rates.

Financial assistance scheme of 50% and 25% from the ElderCare Trust are available for application by families with monthly per capita income of below S$700 and S$701 - S$850 respectively. All applications must meet the criteria set and be accompanied by supporting documents such as pay slip, income tax statement etc.
To date, our service has helped more than 40 elderly and we have seen elderly benefiting from it with their physical and emotional conditions improved.
