"iCare Officer, Eng Hock, has been a good, patient, wonderful and compassionate person who clicks on very well with my father. She nurses him, and created for us a happy home environment. I am also very appreciative of the team leader, May, and would like to express my gratitude to her for her good planning, and for arranging the right person to take care of my father's wellbeing and help him recover his strength. He is now stronger, and a much happier and more cheerful person."
- Maxz Lim, son of a Care@home client, 2013.
“I’ve personally met Andrew, the iCare Officer assigned to care for my father twice a week. I am extremely impressed by his knowledge and skills. I am very relieved with this arrangement which has finally given me some peace of mind as I know that my father is in good and capable hands.”
